Make every video. A link for each row.

One press makes a video for every row. Check them all. Then every row gets a link of its own, for your email.

  • Every video 18 seconds, 9:16, with a poster. One for each row.
  • Empty cells A row with empty cells still gets a whole video.
  • Review See every video. Open any row to check it.
  • A fix Fix the sheet and upload it again. Only the rows that changed are made again.
  • The links One for each row, all in links.csv for your email tool.

Kestrel’s sheet read a row at a time, each row landing as its own video. Kestrel and its 1,240 runners are made up.

links.csv holds a line for each row: your key and first name as your sheet has them, the row’s link and its poster. Your email tool merges them in.

Your customers’ rows

Your customers’ data is deleted on the day you set.

A sheet like this is about real people. Rewind keeps their rows only until the last day you set.

  • You accept the data agreement as you upload.

    Each rewind keeps the version you accepted, and when.

  • Everything goes on the last day.

    You set the rewind’s last day. Then the links end, and we delete the sheet, the rows, the videos and the posters.

  • A row goes on request.

    Delete one person’s row on any day, with their video and poster.

  • A row’s page only once you make the links.

    Each link is long and its own. Anyone with it can watch that one video, until the last day.

  • No row in a log.

    Our logs carry ids. A value from a row never goes in one.

When can I use Rewind?

What does my sheet need?

One row for each person and the column names in the first row. Each row needs a key, such as an email, and a number worth telling them. Save it as CSV, up to 2,000 rows and 10 MB.

What if a row has empty cells?

It still gets a whole video. Rewind shows which columns have empty cells, and three real rows from your sheet, before anything else is made.

Does Rewind send the emails?

No. Rewind makes a link for each row, all in links.csv. You send them from your own email tool, as you always do.

How long do the links work?

Until the last day you set. Then the links end, and we delete the sheet, the rows, the videos and the posters. You can delete one person’s row on any day.

Who is Kilnfield Rovers?
