Cookie Policy

What Everyframe stores in your browser, why, and how long it stays.

Draft of 23. 10. 2026 · JT-CKP-20261023-01

This is a draft. Our lawyers are still reviewing it, so it may change before it takes effect.

This Cookie Policy explains what Everyframe, operated by JT Digital d.o.o., Stantetova ulica 10, 2000 Maribor, Slovenia, company registration number 7423268000, VAT ID SI42228441 (“JT Digital”, “we”, “us”), stores in your browser, and why. It is part of the Everyframe Privacy Policy.

1. What Cookies Are

A cookie is a small file a website stores in your browser, so that the website can recognise your browser when you come back. Browsers can also store data for a website in other ways, such as local storage. This policy covers all of them.

2. What We Need to Run the Service

These are strictly necessary. Without them you could not sign in or keep your choices, so they need no consent.

  • Session cookie (__Host-sid): keeps you signed in. It holds a random token, can be read only by our servers, and lasts 7 days, or 2 hours when a member of our staff signs in as you to help you.

  • Your cookie choice (cookie_consent, in local storage): remembers whether you accepted or declined Google Analytics, so that we do not ask again. It stays until you clear your browser’s data.

3. Counting Page Views

  • Analytics session (analytics_sid): a random identifier that lets us count the pages you open in one visit as one visit. It can be read only by our servers and expires 30 minutes after your last page view. What we record with it is described in the Privacy Policy (“Usage data”). It is not shared with anyone.

4. Google Analytics

Where we use Google Analytics, a banner asks you first, and Google’s cookies are set only if you accept. If you accept, Google Analytics sets cookies whose names begin with _ga, which last up to 2 years, and Google may use the data for analytics and for advertising, as described in the Google Privacy Policy at google.com/policies/privacy. If you decline, Google’s cookies are not set.

We set no other advertising cookies.

5. Your Choices

You can change your answer about Google Analytics at any time by clearing your browser’s data for this site, after which the banner asks you again. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser’s settings; if you block the session cookie, you will not be able to sign in.
